Audit Supervisor (Anti-Fraud & Investigations)

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead anti‑fraud investigations and asset recovery initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This position combines rigorous investigative work with proactive fraud prevention across factory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end investigations into employee misconduct, bribery, kickbacks, conflict of interest, asset theft and embezzlement.
• Collect and secure evidence such as financial data, ERP records, CCTV footage and digital forensics to build solid cases.
• Conduct interviews and interrogations with suspects, witnesses and whistleblowers, and produce detailed investigation reports.
• Perform targeted audits and surprise inspections in high‑risk factory areas, including scrap sales, procurement bidding, warehouse inventory and contractor billing.
• Manage whistle‑blower channels, evaluate leads and maintain investigation registries.
• Identify control weaknesses in manufacturing processes, issue fraud alerts and deliver anti‑corruption training to staff.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in fraud investigations, corporate internal misconduct or law‑enforcement units dealing with economic crime.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Forensic Auditing, Finance or a related field.
• High integrity, strict confidentiality, resilience under pressure and willingness to conduct on‑site factory visits.
