About the role
The bank is seeking a reliable Bank Teller to join its branch in the Bono Region. You will be the front‑line representative handling cash transactions and supporting customers with their banking needs.
Key responsibilities
- Report to the Branch Manager through the Agency Accountant.
- Accept customer deposits and process authorised payments while applying enhanced due diligence.
- Maintain cash levels within the insured limit at all times.
- Record daily transactions in the industry books.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Agency Accountant.
Required profile
- Minimum HND from a recognised university or school.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year as a teller.
- Good knowledge of the T24 banking application software.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (advantageous).
- T24 banking application software.
