Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking – Telecom

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships within the telecom sector. You will guide clients in making informed financial decisions, explain banking products, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality service aligned with the bank’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate banking opportunities while expanding relationships with existing telecom clients.
• Execute lending and deposit sales, manage balance‑sheet and profit‑and‑loss performance.
• Maintain operational efficiency and adhere to service standards.
• Deliver profitability targets consistently and manage credit risk in line with best practices.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements across all transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of banking or cross‑industry experience, with a strong track record of meeting profitability targets.
• Degree in a business‑related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
• High integrity, self‑driven, results‑oriented and capable of working independently under pressure.
