Bilingual Sales Representative – Construction Hardware (Ghana & Côte d’Ivoire)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual sales professional to drive growth of our premium construction hardware solutions across Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire. You will act as the primary point of contact for local construction firms, design institutes and other industry stakeholders, delivering product presentations and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients in both markets.
• Promote and sell construction hardware products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and analyse competitor activity to refine regional strategy.
• Coordinate with headquarters and local teams to ensure smooth order processing and after‑sales support.
• Travel regularly between Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire to develop cross‑border business opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials or hardware.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently overseas.
• Willingness to arrange personal accommodation and travel frequently.
