About the role
The Chamber of Digital Assets & Blockchain Innovation (CDABI) is looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to join its Accra office. You will design, build and maintain blockchain‑based applications that support Ghana’s emerging digital‑asset ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain infrastructures and back‑end services.
- Implement secure cryptographic protocols to protect data.
- Create and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and smart‑contract solutions.
- Optimize, troubleshoot and scale blockchain systems for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate blockchain technology into cryptocurrency ecosystems.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.
- Proficiency in back‑end web development and general software engineering.
- Experience with cryptography and secure data protocols.
- Understanding of dApps and smart‑contract development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Interest or experience in digital‑asset policy is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
