BM Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic BM Marketing Executive to lead showroom performance and marketing activities for our building‑materials brands – Twyford, Micasso and Frencia. The role works closely with sales, shop guiders and product teams to ensure brand visibility and a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly showroom checking plans for all BM brands.
• Ensure timely submission of spot‑check reports and approvals from salesmen, shop guiders and showroom managers.
• Train new and existing staff on showroom standards, customer engagement and display guidelines; review performance in monthly meetings.
• Oversee showroom performance summaries and manage incentive policies for sales teams.
• Coordinate with product teams to obtain launch images, materials and updates, and ensure new products are prominently displayed.
• Manage marketing materials, display assets and showroom inventory to meet brand requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales or showroom management, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong planning, communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
