BM Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic BM Marketing Executive to join our Building Materials team in Kumasi. The role focuses on driving showroom performance, coordinating marketing activities, and enhancing market visibility for our brands Twyford, Micasso, and Frencia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly showroom checking plans for all BM brands.
• Ensure timely submission of showroom checking/spot‑check reports and approvals by salesmen, shop guiders, and showroom managers.
• Train new and existing staff on showroom standards, customer engagement, and display guidelines; review performance in monthly team meetings.
• Oversee showroom performance summary reports and manage incentive policies for sales teams.
• Coordinate with product teams to obtain launch images, materials, and updates, ensuring new products are prominently displayed.
• Manage marketing materials, display assets, and showroom inventory to meet brand requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches, and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or showroom management, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong planning, communication, and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
