Brand Manager – Beverages & Core Portfolio (Ghana)

About the role

Join Mondeléz International in Ghana as a Brand Manager responsible for the beverages and core portfolio. You will work with cross‑functional global and regional teams to implement brand strategy, drive sustainable growth, and support profit and loss management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the brand vision, strategy and main growth drivers across all channels, including e‑commerce.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans, pricing strategies and integrated 360° campaigns.
• Support new product development, innovation pipeline definition and platform opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain and communication teams to align commercial plans.
• Monitor brand performance, provide marketing intelligence and ensure pricing aligns with category plans.
• Detect new brand opportunities and contribute to long‑term portfolio growth.

Required profile

• Strong desire to drive results and accelerate your career.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector.
• Deep understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning and market trends.
• Ability to work autonomously, influence stakeholders and manage projects from design to completion.
• Analytical mindset combined with creative commercial acumen.
