Brand Manager – Prestige Beauty & Wellness

About the role

Nami Beauty is shaping the future of prestige beauty and wellness in Africa. We are looking for a Brand Manager to own and evolve our brand story as we expand from Accra to Lagos and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the brand narrative that defines who we are, why we exist, and why customers care.
• Craft consistent messaging across all touchpoints, from product copy to internal communications.
• Identify, source, and vet partnership brands that align with our positioning.
• Organise community events that reinforce culture and brand values.
• Protect the brand from dilution, including setting policies on discounting and off‑brand collaborations.
• Lead strategic decisions rather than just execution, guiding the brand’s growth across new markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand strategy or brand management, preferably with luxury brands.
• Exceptional writing ability for narratives, copy, and strategic documents.
• Strong conviction that quality is non‑negotiable and willingness to push back on decisions that weaken the brand.
• Ability to balance prestige with warmth in brand communication.
