Business Development Agent – Marketing (Field Sales)

About the role

Queendafred Systems Ltd. is looking for confident, ambitious Business Development Agents to join its marketing and sales team in Ghana. The role is field‑oriented, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and driving customer acquisition for software and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct face‑to‑face marketing and sales activities, including visiting businesses and networking.
• Identify potential customers and build strong relationships.
• Present and demonstrate software products and business solutions.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Participate in networking events, promotions, and online/social media marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities, and sales.
• Consistently work towards and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or business development.
• Proven ability to acquire customers and generate sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and spending significant time in the field.
