Business Development Manager

About the role

CoreNett Ghana is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its PharmaNett platform across pharmacies and pharmacy chains in Ghana. You will be the primary face of PharmaNett, turning product demonstrations into lasting partnerships that empower pharmacies with advanced inventory, financing, and analytics tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to onboard independent pharmacies and pharmacy chains onto the PharmaNett Partner Platform.
• Sell the full suite of PharmaNett products, including subscription tiers and capital, operations, and intelligence solutions.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, association networks, and field visits.
• Conduct tailored product demos and negotiate subscription and partnership agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly subscription and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and early activation.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records using the company’s CRM.
• Represent PharmaNett at industry events, pharmacy association meetings, and partner forums.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the pharmacy retail environment in Ghana.
• Proven ability to sell software subscriptions and embedded financial products.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
