Business Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

As a Business Development Manager – Real Estate, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities with developers, property managers, investors and corporate clients, building strong relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the real‑estate and financial‑services market.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to generate revenue.
• Conduct market analysis, prepare proposals and presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal product, marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Manage a sales pipeline, track performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events and contribute insights for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the real‑estate industry and investment concepts.
• High ethical standards, analytical mindset and a proactive, results‑oriented approach.
• Demonstrated success in business development, sales or account management, preferably within real estate or financial services.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work on‑site in a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis and pipeline management.
• Experience using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
