About the role
Althea Lifecare Ltd is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive sales for its state‑of‑the‑art Medical Diagnostics Centre in Kumasi. The role involves daily field visits, building referral networks with hospitals and clinics, and delivering excellent customer service to grow the centre’s client base.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily sales and field visits to generate referrals from hospitals and clinics.
- Develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales activities and market feedback.
Required profile
- Experience in healthcare sales and marketing.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
