Business Development Officer – Medical Diagnostics

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Officer for our state-of-the-art Medical Diagnostics Centre in Kumasi. The role is full-time and focuses on driving sales, generating referrals from hospitals and clinics, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities to generate referrals.
• Develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare sales and marketing.
• Result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
