Business Development Representative – Remote (U.S. Healthcare Staffing)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive growth for our U.S. healthcare staffing services. The role is fully remote and focuses on building relationships with hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities and other healthcare organizations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone, email and LinkedIn outreach to target healthcare providers.
• Introduce and promote our staffing and direct‑hire recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals and talent acquisition teams.
• Schedule discovery calls and partnership meetings while ensuring consistent follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective facility partnerships.
• Research healthcare organizations to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in weekly strategy, sales and progress meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, healthcare staffing, recruitment, healthcare sales, B2B sales or account management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence making outbound sales calls and writing professional business emails.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet performance goals.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
