About the role
Fan Milk PLC is looking for a Capex Project Engineer to lead the planning, compliance and budgeting of the overall capital expenditure category. The role reports directly to the Engineering & Project Manager for West Africa and involves training site teams, preparing studies and managing project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate, predict and control Capex spending in line with internal regulations.
- Develop project scopes, ensure compliance and manage budgets.
- Train on‑site teams and implement follow‑up tools.
- Prepare feasibility studies and oversee project execution.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management.
Required profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with professional certification.
- 3‑5 years in a similar function, preferably in FMCG.
- 5‑10 years experience in budget, Capex or financial controlling.
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
