Full‑time Baker – New Achimota

About the role

Peng and Tasty Bakery is seeking a full‑time Baker to join its on‑site team in New Achimota. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality bread, pastries and cookies while upholding the bakery’s strict food‑safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and bake bread, pastries and cookies following recipes and production schedules.
• Measure ingredients accurately and operate ovens and other baking equipment.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow food‑safety and hygiene procedures.
• Track inventory of ingredients and supplies and support stock management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and customer demand.

Required profile

• Solid experience in bakery operations and food preparation.
• Ability to produce a variety of bread and pastry items with consistency.
• Knowledge of safe handling, hygiene practices and food‑safety standards.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous professional baking experience or culinary training is an advantage.
