Capex Project Engineer

About the role

FanMilk is looking for a Capex Project Engineer based in Accra, reporting directly to the Engineering & Project Manager - West Africa. The role covers the consolidation, prediction and control of the overall Capex category, including planning, scope of work compliance and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, predict and control the Capex category in line with internal regulations and rules, with evolving follow-up tools
• Prepare studies or manage projects in execution, including WoW and KPIs exposure
• Train teams on site
• Build innovative solutions to deploy knowledge across the organisation
• Challenge the status quo and WoW to deliver high efficiency in execution
• Provide clear reporting and information reflecting team performance and business impact

Required profile

• Education: Master's, Bachelor's or professional certification
• 3-5 years in a similar function, ideally in FMCG
• 5-10 years in budget management, Capex management or financial controlling, ideally in FMCG
• Excellent presentation skills, data analysis, verbal and written communication
• Strong connection with plant teams and suppliers
