About the role

Noble Care At Home is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join its team in Accra. This full‑time, on‑site position involves providing personalized support to elderly clients, ensuring their safety, health, and emotional well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medicines as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes promptly.
• Implement fall‑prevention measures and maintain a safe environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and adapt them to evolving client needs.
• Communicate regularly with families and medical professionals via the Family Portal for real‑time updates.

Required profile

• Experience in personal care tasks for the elderly.
• Competence in medication management and basic health monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Compassion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to elderly care.
• Relevant caregiving certifications or training are preferred.
