About the role
The CCTV Controller is responsible for monitoring alarm systems, reporting incidents, and ensuring seamless coordination across security teams to maintain effective surveillance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Alarm Monitoring: handle and monitor alarm signals and perform hourly call checks.
- Incident Management: conduct incident reporting and manage guard monitoring signals.
- Systems Monitoring: perform Geotab and Protrack monitoring.
- Alarm Systems: handle field‑to‑test alarm signals and program client alarm accounts in the Oryx system.
- Team Coordination: monitor guard assistance needs and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Required profile
- Minimum degree certificate.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with required software tools.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work within a shift system.
- Excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of security operations.
