Chief of Staff

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven and analytically strong leader to partner closely with the CEO in driving the company’s growth agenda. The Chief of Staff sits at the centre of the business, bridging finance, commercial, legal, technical and sustainability functions to translate strategy into action.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate fundraising, including debt and equity transactions, and coordinate investor engagement.
• Develop financial analyses, business cases and scenario models to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain and enhance business planning, forecasting and KPI monitoring across the organisation.
• Manage stakeholder communications with shareholders, lenders, advisors and development finance institutions.
• Work directly with the CEO to track strategic priorities, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and ensure timely execution of critical initiatives.
• Coordinate board, shareholder and committee reporting and provide executive support for governance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic finance, capital raising or corporate development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience managing a small team and driving organisational effectiveness.
• Ability to work closely with senior executives and external partners.
