Chinese Translator & Factory Line Assistant

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics is seeking a bilingual professional to support its tile production line. The role combines factory assistance with Chinese‑English translation to ensure smooth communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Factory Line Manager in supervising production staff and daily operations.
• Coordinate production activities to meet operational targets.
• Translate and interpret documents, instructions, and verbal communication between Chinese and English.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Support implementation of quality, safety, and production standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Factory Line Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum senior high school education.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office software.

Required skills

• English–Chinese translation (spoken and written).
• Basic computer and office tool proficiency.
