Class C Driver – Full‑time (Kumasi)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Class C driver to join our team on a full‑time basis. The role involves transporting goods and personnel safely across Kumasi and surrounding areas while adhering to company standards and traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with road traffic regulations.
• Transport goods, materials, or personnel to designated locations on time.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure goods are properly loaded, secured, and delivered without damage.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary.
• Perform any other driving‑related duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Valid Class C Driver's License.
• Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of road networks within Kumasi and surrounding areas.
• Strong understanding of Ghana's road traffic regulations.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Effective communication in English; knowledge of Twi is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: JHS/SHS Certificate.
