Client Executive – Health & Benefits

About the role

As a Client Executive you will manage and grow a portfolio of health and benefits clients, ensuring their needs are identified and met while supporting the Head of Health & Benefits as required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation such as invoices, renewal questionnaires, quote slips and client manuals.
• Support senior brokers in managing larger clients’ insurance, risk management and programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and other stakeholders, representing Willis Towers Watson professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive client data in Willis Towers Watson systems and databases.
• Compare renewal terms with the previous year and advise brokers of any changes.
• Coordinate with the offshore Operations Support team (Mumbai) for documentation preparation and delivery.
• Respond to client claims enquiries and provide advice on the claims process.
• Liaise with insurance assessors as required.
• Manage workflow and diary systems to ensure timely settlement of claims.
• Maintain and update the claims database.
• Contribute to achieving new business targets on an annual basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent report writing and correspondence abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines and work under pressure.
• Team player with credibility and trust‑building capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
