Client Service & Traffic Manager - Advertising

About the role

A reputable advertising agency, recruited through its client, is looking for a highly organised, proactive and results-driven Client Service & Traffic Manager based in Accra. The role oversees client relationships, coordinates internal workflows and ensures the timely delivery of advertising campaigns and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal creative, digital, media and production teams.
• Coordinate project workflows, assign tasks and monitor timelines so projects are delivered on time.
• Manage creative briefs, campaign schedules, approvals and project deliverables.
• Prioritise multiple projects and allocate resources effectively across teams.
• Monitor campaign progress, spot potential delays and resolve workflow issues.
• Ensure advertising materials meet client expectations, quality standards and deadlines.
• Support client retention, account growth and business development initiatives.
• Prepare project status reports and give regular updates to clients and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in client service, account management, traffic management or project coordination, preferably in an advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising agency operations, creative processes and campaign execution.
• Experience working with creative, digital, media and production teams.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
