Marketing and Communications Coordinator

About the role

Epiroc West Africa is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator in Obuasi, Ghana, to support and drive regional marketing campaigns, digital communications, content creation, events and stakeholder engagement. The role reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager and involves collaboration with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Create and coordinate content for social media, websites, newsletters and digital platforms.
• Assist with internal and external events, exhibitions, conferences and customer engagement activities.
• Develop communication materials such as presentations, announcements and success stories.
• Monitor marketing and communication performance and maintain marketing assets and databases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of assigned projects and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work effectively across multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva and social media management platforms.
• Microsoft Office.
• Basic video editing tools.
• Strong content creation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
