Commercial Executive – B2B Sales

About the role

The Commercial Executive will drive B2B sales of micro‑credit products to SMEs and corporate clients across Accra and Tema. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business, nurturing client relationships and achieving monthly revenue targets. This role offers a dynamic environment within a growing micro‑finance institution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new business clients.
• Promote micro‑credit products and financial solutions to SMEs and corporate customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and business meetings to generate opportunities.
• Assess clients' financing needs and recommend suitable credit solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after‑sales service.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Represent the company professionally and enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: HND, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, banking or micro‑finance (entry‑level acceptable).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
