About the role

Avelnk is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to expand its partner network worldwide. This remote, commission‑based position focuses on onboarding educational agencies, universities, and recruitment firms onto the Avelnk platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify prospective partners using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
  • Present Avelnk’s partnership opportunities and platform benefits.
  • Guide prospects through registration and subscription activation.
  • Record outreach activities and track onboarding progress.
  • Achieve or exceed defined onboarding targets.

Required profile

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and professional networking tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
