Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technician

About the role

Lusso F & F is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technician to join its team in Tema. You will translate design concepts and client requirements into accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for bespoke furniture and interior fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for custom furniture and interior projects.
• Support designers by refining specifications and preparing production‑ready drawings.
• Update models and drawings based on feedback from design, production, and installation teams.
• Maintain consistency with European standards adapted for the African climate.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to interpret design briefs and technical specifications.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers and artisans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
