Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead commercial building projects across Accra and the Tema region, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This senior‑level position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan projects before site work begins and develop detailed schedules.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and procurement requirements.
• Supervise site teams and monitor quality throughout the construction process.
• Control project costs and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Maintain client communication and lead project meetings.
• Drive adoption of Zoho Projects for efficient project tracking.
• Develop junior engineers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Technology.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years managing commercial building projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings.
