About the role

KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is expanding its manufacturing footprint with new factory projects in the Western Region of Ghana. To support this growth, the company is hiring a large number of construction and technical workers for various skilled and general positions. Candidates will join a dynamic team focused on building and equipping state‑of‑the‑art production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform construction, civil and steel works according to project plans.
• Install, commission and maintain production equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist supervisors and engineers in completing assigned tasks.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in construction, manufacturing or related technical trades.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of occupational safety practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., driver’s licence, electrician licence, welding certification) are an advantage.
