About the role
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Improver to carry out general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment across a variety of property types. The role involves interior decorating, installing fixtures and performing basic carpentry tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work across different property types.
- Decorate interiors, including painting and finishing work.
- Install fixtures, fittings and furniture as required.
- Perform general carpentry tasks such as hanging doors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in handyman tasks such as carpentry, plumbing or general repairs.
- Strong decorating skills including painting, tiling and finishing.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to building and decorating work.
