Content Aggregator – Full-time (Greater Accra)

About the role

Regional Scholar is seeking a full‑time Content Aggregator to join its on‑site team in the Greater Accra Region. You will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and publishing up‑to‑date information on scholarships, grants, educational programs, and career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and collect opportunity data from multiple sources, including providers, partners, and online databases.
• Verify the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of each piece of content.
• Structure and format information for publication on the Regional Scholar platform.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency across all listings.
• Monitor providers for new opportunities and update the platform’s listings regularly.
• Coordinate with partners to obtain fresh content and support the creation of thematic guides and resource collections.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to content‑management standards.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in web content writing with a focus on concise, user‑focused information.
• Experience in content strategy and content management, including organizing and updating structured data.
• Able to conduct basic research and verify details from multiple sources.
• Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Interest or experience in education, scholarships, youth development, or career services is an advantage.
• Post‑secondary education in communications, information management, education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
