Content Creator and Creative Lead

About the role

The vibrant creative hub in Accra seeks a confident, charismatic individual to become the public face of the brand. As the Content Creator and Creative Lead you will drive the brand’s presence across social media, host events and produce engaging, on‑brand content that showcases food, atmosphere and community.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary on‑camera personality on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Plan, produce and schedule reels, stories, short videos, photos and written posts on a regular cadence.
• Develop recurring content themes that highlight menu items, offers, events and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Host and welcome guests at all brand events, guiding the flow and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Capture live content during events for real‑time posting and later reuse.
• Represent the brand at external activations, pop‑ups and partner events.
• Collaborate with management to keep visual identity and tone consistent.
• Generate fresh ideas for campaigns, collaborations and seasonal activations.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• Natural on‑camera presence with confidence speaking directly to an audience.
• Existing social‑media following or strong personal brand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, warm and engaging tone.
• Passion for food, hospitality and community culture.
• Self‑starter able to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Accra’s food and lifestyle scene is a plus.
