Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a contract Content Producer to join our brand‑focused team in Accra. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration with remote work, allowing you to plan, create, and manage multi‑channel content that supports our clients' brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate and execute video productions, from scripting to post‑production.
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for web, social media, and marketing materials.
• Manage content workflows and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Track content performance using analytics and recommend optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Strong background in content and video production, including planning, scripting, and overseeing shoots.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective content strategies.
• Excellent written communication with attention to tone and audience.
• Experience managing digital content across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with basic digital‑marketing principles and social‑media best practices.
• Highly organised, able to juggle several projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with on‑site production days.
