Content & Production Lead

About the role

Colorbox Cosmetics, a leading beauty brand in Ghana, is seeking a Content & Production Lead to own and streamline its content pipeline. You will work closely with videographers, creators, and the marketing team to ensure every piece of content is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Lead briefing and debriefing sessions for all content shoot days and maintain the content calendar.
• Prepare detailed briefs before each shoot, aligning all stakeholders on objectives and deliverables.
• Manage and update content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms to avoid gaps in posting.
• Track progress against deadlines and coordinate with the in‑house video editor to ensure timely approval of assets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date log of ideas, briefs, and shoot outcomes for full team visibility.
• Perform any additional tasks directed by management to support business operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating content or creative projects from brief to final post.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat content performance.
• Excellent organisational skills with a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Clear and confident communicator able to lead sessions and manage multiple moving parts.
• Ability to work independently in an office‑based environment.

Required skills

• CapCut (video editing tool) – advantage.
• Google Drive and related documentation tools.
