About the role
Old Mutual is seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to drive account development and deliver specialist advice to medium‑sized client segments. The role blends sales, financial guidance, and compliance to ensure client needs are met while supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyse primary data to identify market trends and key themes.
- Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation, resolve queries, and refer complex issues.
- Prepare and edit documents according to organisational style guidelines for publication.
- Produce and coordinate data and analytics reports for internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute relationship‑management plans for existing accounts, engaging decision‑makers and gathering feedback.
- Handle financial advice processes for designated client segments, aligning recommendations with client goals.
- Sell simple products and services directly to customers and support the sales team with back‑office tasks.
- Maintain compliance with organisational policies and regulatory codes, reporting non‑compliance as needed.
- Participate in personal capability building through training, accreditation and industry research.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
