Corporate Store Manager

About the role

The Corporate Store Manager will operate from the head office and act as the owner of all JibuCo corporate stores. You will drive sales, marketing, and customer experience across the territory while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist corporate stores in achieving sales, productivity, profitability and territory penetration targets.
• Lead team performance evaluations, hiring, discipline, overtime tracking and motivation through incentives.
• Develop and implement store budgets and prepare reports for senior management.
• Plan inventory, conduct stock counts and manage inventory control.
• Oversee production team scheduling and output.
• Plan and execute store marketing and sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with JibuCo SOPs, product quality control and accurate sales reporting.
• Manage store assets including water purification equipment, tablets, computers and delivery tools.
• Handle external regulatory certification processes and maintain premises and equipment to standards.
• Maintain approved water pricing and maximize volume sales within price limits.
• Use only JibuCo branding and approved marketing materials.
• Keep detailed management and accounting records and submit required financial templates on time.
• Collect customer demographic data through surveys as requested.
• Report emergencies such as theft or damage to the Franchising Manager immediately.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail or corporate store operations.
• Ability to lead, evaluate and develop a team.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting and inventory control.
• Knowledge of regulatory certification processes for water or similar products.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain premises, equipment and assets according to standards.
• Commitment to brand consistency and customer experience excellence.
