Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a high‑quality, home‑based project in the online travel industry, handling inbound and outbound interactions for a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners using the booking platform.
• Provide timely assistance, especially during escalations, and log all interactions.
• Classify, track, and follow up on customer issues, maintaining accurate call histories and resolutions.
• Analyze call data, share feedback, and stay updated on process and platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven customer service experience with ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication under pressure.
• Availability to work CET hours, Monday‑Sunday, with mandatory weekend shift (12 pm‑8 pm).
• Stable broadband connection and a computer meeting the technical specifications.

• Windows 11 (or later) or macOS 14 (or later).
