Data Product Manager

About the role

The Data Product Manager will lead the creation and management of a portfolio of information and data products for Stanbic Bank Ghana. You will define the data product strategy, drive new product development and translate strategic plans into go‑to‑market campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, launch and continuous improvement of data‑driven products and services.
• Collaborate with technology, analytics and business teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Manage product pricing, business cases and financial planning.
• Maintain strong B2B client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Required profile

• First degree in Business or Commerce and a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
• 1‑2 years of experience in data & analytics and 5‑7 years managing corporate client relationships in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in product pricing, business case development and financial planning.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, product development and project management.
