Delivery Driver

About the role

Atlantis FB Corporation is seeking a full‑time Delivery Driver to join its logistics team in Accra. The role involves safely transporting food and beverage products to customers and company sites while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily delivery schedules and plan efficient routes.
• Inspect the vehicle, load and secure products before departure.
• Transport and unload goods at customer locations, obtaining required signatures.
• Verify delivery documentation and handle cash or receipt transactions when needed.
• Report any delays, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide professional customer interaction and support basic warehouse tasks such as inventory assistance.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in delivery or a similar driving role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, move products and work in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to follow health, safety and quality guidelines and attend training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Maps for navigation.
• Basic sales or upselling awareness.
• Effective time management and route planning abilities.
