Demand Generation Technical Consultant (12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month contract position supports VisionSpring’s Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change in delivering demand‑generation priorities across Bangladesh, Nigeria and India. The consultant will translate strategic briefs into coordinated project plans, manage documentation and ensure timely execution of high‑visibility campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop implementation plans, budgets, reports and presentation materials in response to project briefs.
• Support the institutionalisation of Demand Generation trainings under the POWERS project.
• Coordinate global demand‑generation campaigns and in‑country projects, tracking activities against timelines.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned workstreams, liaising with in‑country teams and external partners.
• Attend project and partner meetings, prepare notes, actions and follow‑ups, and maintain organized records.
• Identify delivery risks early, flag them to the senior manager and propose solutions.
• Compile performance updates into concise reports and donor‑facing presentations.
• Provide administrative and technical support for external consultants, agencies and vendors.

Required profile

• Strong project and priority management, able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder coordination, building trust with internal and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented documentation skills to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Cross‑cultural fluency across Bangladesh, Nigeria and India.
• Familiarity with ATL/BTL demand‑generation and community‑facing marketing campaigns.
• Proactive problem‑solver who spots risks early and offers solutions.
• Collaborative communicator comfortable working under senior direction and with external agencies.
