About the role

Publicis West Africa is looking for a Digital Business Lead to support the Head of Digital & Innovation in managing digital business across multiple markets. This senior position translates strategic direction into day‑to‑day leadership, ensuring that digital strategy, delivery, and operations are aligned and consistently high‑performing.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall leadership of the digital business across markets.
• Translate strategic direction into clear operational plans and priorities.
• Oversee delivery performance across digital, data, content, and influencer workstreams.
• Act as senior escalation point for delivery, quality, and resourcing issues.
• Partner with Account, Strategy, Media, Data, and Influencer leads to ensure alignment.
• Support client relationship management alongside senior account leadership.
• Drive consistency in ways of working, reporting, and governance across markets.
• Monitor commercial performance, resourcing health, and delivery efficiency.
• Support growth initiatives, scope development, and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in digital business management.
• Demonstrated digital fluency and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of operating in a multi‑market environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
