Digital Channels Sales Officer

About the role

The Digital Channels Sales Officer will work within the Business Development department to promote and drive adoption of digital products. You will engage with branch staff, organise marketing campaigns and roadshows, interact directly with key clients, and support merchants to expand the digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Engage regularly with branch staff, provide training, and monitor sales performance of digital products.
• Plan and execute roadshows and marketing campaigns to increase product utilisation.
• Pitch digital collection and payment solutions to key clients, maintain relationships, and identify cross‑sell opportunities.
• Drive acquisition of new customers and track acquisition metrics.
• Collect on‑field customer feedback and relay it to product and support teams.
• Identify, acquire, and support merchants, ensuring successful adoption and usage of digital products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably with digital products or financial services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage complex complaints, negotiate with internal stakeholders and solve business problems.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

• Experience using CRM systems.
