Digital Marketing & Investor Relations Specialist

About the role

Fundapartner is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Investor Relations Specialist to lead its digital growth engine and manage key investor relationships. Based onsite in Accra, you will build the brand on LinkedIn, run targeted paid campaigns, and pitch opportunities to local and international investors.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to generate high‑quality B2B leads.
• Own Fundapartner’s LinkedIn presence, planning, creating and scheduling thought‑leadership content.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney to draft ad copy, articles and marketing assets while maintaining a professional tone.
• Identify and outreach to potential investors, present financial opportunities clearly and maintain ongoing investor relations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience running successful paid campaigns on Google and Facebook with strong audience‑targeting and budget optimisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging with high‑net‑worth individuals or institutional funds.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance to the Ashaley Botwe, School Junction office.
