Digital Technologies Teacher

About the role

The school is looking for a passionate Digital Technologies Teacher to deliver engaging learning experiences for Years 7‑10 and help develop a senior‑school pathway. The role is permanent, full‑time and starts in Term 1, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the Western Australian Digital Technologies curriculum for Years 7‑10.
• Design purposeful, differentiated lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
• Develop and strengthen existing digital programmes and create a senior‑school pathway.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate photography, multimedia and media production into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum for Digital Technologies.
• High expectations for student achievement and ability to use explicit teaching strategies.
• Experience teaching Digital Technologies at secondary level; senior‑secondary experience is desirable.
• Enthusiasm for expanding programmes in photography, multimedia or media production.
