About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development & Commercials to lead our growth initiatives in Accra. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive new business, manage key accounts, and shape our commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Oversee existing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and implement growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in new business development, lead generation, and growth opportunity identification.
- Strong background in business planning and strategic initiative formulation.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder communication.
- Track record of successful account management and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Expatriates welcome; Ghanaian candidates with foreign exposure are also encouraged to apply.
