Dispatch Driver & Rider

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and safety‑conscious Dispatch Driver & Rider to join our team. The ideal candidate should have delivery experience, be familiar with local routes, and be comfortable using navigation tools while providing professional service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver packages, documents, and other assigned items to clients and designated locations.
• Ensure timely, efficient delivery completion.
• Handle packages and client items with care and professionalism.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and the team throughout the delivery process.
• Use navigation tools such as Google Maps to plan and follow routes.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle or motorcycle in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling client information and deliveries.
• Comply with road safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• Valid Driver’s Licence AB.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a driver/rider.
• Physically fit and safety‑conscious.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use basic navigation tools, including Google Maps.
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas within assigned locations.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
• Strong respect for client confidentiality.
• Dependable, punctual, customer‑focused, capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
