Dispatch Rider

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Dispatch Rider to join our Accra team. You will pick up and deliver groceries, meals and other orders, ensuring they reach customers quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from the warehouse and deliver them to customers across assigned routes.
• Confirm orders with the operations team and plan efficient delivery routes using GPS.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch coordinators and update delivery status in the app.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, collect payments or verify digital payments.
• Perform basic motorbike checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report any incidents or delays.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Accra’s road network and ability to follow GPS directions.
• Valid rider’s or driver’s licence for a motorbike or delivery vehicle.
• Basic smartphone literacy and ability to use delivery apps and maps.
• Good communication, polite attitude and reliable time‑management.
• Physical ability to ride for extended periods and lift light‑to‑moderate packages.
