About the role
Energiebau-Sunergy Ghana Ltd, a market leader in solar energy generation in West Africa, is seeking a passionate Electrical Engineer to support its rapid market expansion. You will work on the design, construction, and optimisation of solar power plants, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and provide technical direction and on‑the‑job training to new installation teams.
- Lead the design, construction, and optimisation of solar power generation systems and plants.
- Maintain a hands‑on approach, valuing both field tools and desk work.
Required profile
- Thorough knowledge of industrial electrical engineering.
- Strong interest in solar energy generation technologies.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Aburi.
